This is a solid brass Modern multi-point non-keyed, left handed lever set trim kit by Emtek. Model # is 14B3HERLHIUS3NL. The lever handle is the Emtek Hermes lever, sleek minimalist 5.125 inches long with a projection of 2.73. There is some fingerprint smudging from handling and a very tiny 1mm flaw in the brass on exterior plate see picture hardly visible.
